Ken Graham is a widely experienced international company director. Between 1981-1989, as part of a compact team of six, he helped build a global Group from £50m to £700m revenues in the service industry, where he gained extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions across five continents. He set up Pace Equity in 1989 and has advised hundreds of company owners through the sale process over 24 years.

Nick Bettes has experience within a wide variety of companies including Shell, British Gas and Vickers Ship Builders and has held a variety of board positions including – Managing Director. He left and set up Nick Bettes Consulting and has advised company owners on strategic growth strategies, management solutions and preparing for sale.
